• The Executive Medical Director serves as the principal strategic and operational leader for planning, design, and quality of Cardiovascular Services across St. Charles Health System.
• This role requires leading the transformational adoption of digital technologies to enhance patient experiences and clinician work environments while maintaining a dyad relationship with the Service Line Administrator.
• The position is accountable for achieving top quartile rankings in patient experience surveys, caregiver engagement, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and accreditation standards.

Key Requirements

• Graduation from accredited medical school
• Successful ACGME fellowship in cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery
• Valid Oregon license as MD or DO
• Board certification in cardiology, interventional cardiology, advanced heart failure, or cardiothoracic surgery
• Minimum 10 years in cardiology with 5 years in leadership
• Maintain unrestricted DEA number and Medicare/Medicaid participation ability
