Job Summary

• This position is critical in breaking the cycle of homelessness by ensuring individuals exiting prison or forensic facilities are connected to safe housing, information and pathways into the community.
• As an IAP Worker, this is your opportunity to deliver high quality housing assessment, planning and referral services to people at risk of homelessness who are currently in, or exiting, custodial settings.

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of homelessness
• Experience working with people experiencing homelessness
• Understanding of justice system
• Current VIC Working with Children Check
• VIC Driver’s License
