Job Summary

  • This position is critical in breaking the cycle of homelessness by ensuring individuals exiting prison or forensic facilities are connected to safe housing, information and pathways into the community.
  • As an IAP Worker, this is your opportunity to deliver high quality housing assessment, planning and referral services to people at risk of homelessness who are currently in, or exiting, custodial settings.

  • VIC Driver’s License
