  • The Associate Director, Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing other managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate the compliance of Supply Chain Manufacturing project plans, procedures, and rules of engagement with the Company’s safety, quality, and federal and state regulatory standards.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $122,000- $212,750; this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus; Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in various Company sponsored employee benefit programs.
