Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
