This role is responsible for driving Field Force Excellence (FFE), strengthening CRM adoption and data-driven decision-making, and optimizing commercial resource deployment.
Key responsibilities include shaping HCP segmentation and targeting strategy, enhancing territory alignment, improving incentive design, and enabling omnichannel HCP engagement.
The Commercial Effectiveness Manager will lead strategic SFE projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and build SFE capabilities for the Field Force through training and coaching.
