Base: $228,000 - $342,000 USD (Atlanta); Base: $190,600 - $342,000 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years applied machine learning experience
4+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
6+ years hosting ML models in production
3+ years working with Large Language Models
6+ years cloud computing platform experience
Nice-to-have
Experience leading and mentoring ML teams
Deep understanding of statistical analysis
Ability to solve ambiguous open-ended problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
