Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum eight years HR Technology experience
Minimum eight years Workday configuration experience
Bachelor's degree or higher required
Expertise in US Payroll rules and accruals
Experience with union requirements and labor laws
Nice-to-have
Workday Pro certification preferred
Experience leading or mentoring analysts
Familiarity with Workday Scheduling module
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
