  • The LVN Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day back office operations of the clinic by overseeing the employees in providing nursing care to the clinic patients, as well as implementing and assuring quality medical management and cost containment health services to patients.
  • The supervisor oversees planning, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of clinical care services/programs, which include patient experience, patient safety, HEDIS, and value-based care quality measures, financial goals, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from accredited LVN school
  • Current LVN license in California
  • 3 years patient care experience
  • Prior EHR/EMR system experience
  • Valid BLS certification
