The Building Operating Engineer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all base building systems supporting one of downtown Dallas’s largest and most prominent Class A office towers.
This role is critical to overnight building operations, preventative maintenance, system monitoring, and tenant service, ensuring building reliability, safety, and superior service standards at all times.
