Job Summary

  • The role guides teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and optimizing Agile practices to foster an Agile mindset.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the capability to coach at Teams, Teams of Teams, and Portfolio levels to align ways of working with PI cadence.
  • This position is based in the Pune office and requires embedding best practices to improve maturity levels across the organization.

Must-have

  • Expertise in SAFe implementation across multiple layers
  • Coaching capability at Team, ToT, and Portfolio levels

  • Using data to guide value-based prioritisation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience coaching within complex change environments
  • Understanding of infrastructure platform engineering practices
  • Ability to advocate for quality built-in behaviors
  • Capability to influence senior stakeholders in governance
  • Proven ability to coach leadership on OKRs and KPIs

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience coaching multiple product/delivery teams at scale
  • Skilled at uplifting Agile maturity through regular reviews
  • Strong understanding of lean principles and hypothesis driven development
