Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, pharmacology, engineering or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 10-12 years of experience in operations or manufacturing
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience
  • 5 years in materials planning, scheduling or inventory management
  • 5 years budget development and management experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • APICS certification preferred
