Candidates must lead, mentor, and professionally develop a staff of 24 direct and indirect reports to ensure superior customer service in a high-volume environment.
The position requires maintaining high levels of confidentiality, adhering to internal controls and SOX compliance procedures, and acting as a representative to external payroll service providers.
