Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Experience with drill press and press brake
  • Mechanical assembly and disassembly skills
  • Vertical Mill and Lathe experience
  • Sheet metal layout and pattern generation

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to Solidworks CAD fundamentals
  • Experience with composites manufacturing
  • Ability to recognize process improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Awareness of budget constraints

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years hands on shop experience
  • Automotive technical or trade school degree
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
