Job Summary

  • This role will focus on standing up and scaling Cresta’s newly formed EMEA and APAC GTM teams, accelerating ramp, driving consistent execution, and building the foundation for high-performing international GTM motions.
  • Responsibilities include expanding onboarding programs with regional-specific content, reinforcing sales processes, delivering ongoing enablement through live training and coaching, and ensuring messaging and content are localized for international markets.

  • Demonstrated success in sales coaching
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to operate with high ownership
