Must-have

  • 5+ years project or program management experience
  • 2+ years EMA design or manufacturing experience
  • Supply chain management in regulated aerospace environment
  • Data-driven spend analysis and should-cost modeling
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and suppliers

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA
  • PMP certification and Earned Value Management Systems knowledge
  • Advanced Excel capabilities including Macros and Power Query
  • Python, SQL, or VBA scripting for data automation
  • Experience with supplier capability assessments

Key Requirements

  • Accredited B.S. degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or related engineering discipline
  • U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylum grantee status required
