Key Requirements

  • 10+ years strategic experience preferred
  • Ideally experience working in multiple countries
  • Deep knowledge of the middle market commercial banking space
  • Fundamental understanding of the drivers of value and the financial statements in a commercial bank
  • Outstanding problem structuring and analytic capabilities
  • Ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses
  • Significant experience working effectively with senior and middle level managers and with large interdisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
