Job Summary

• As part of our Gambling and TMC transactional practice, you’ll work on cross border deals from day one, the majority of which will involve bespoke and unusual structures and dynamics which provide excellent opportunities to challenge an ambitious and creative corporate lawyer.
• You will be a team player with excellent drafting skills (often needing to create bespoke documents and mechanisms without relying on precedents) and the ability to translate legal analysis into practical advice.
