Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in technical support
1+ years experience validating XML, JSON, and CSV
1+ years experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio Code
1+ years experience with data-driven decision-making
