Job Summary

  • The main responsibility for this role is to be the owner of the IT Processes and Knowledge Base, allowing us to collectively reach higher levels of reliability, quality and collaboration.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with every part of the company’s IT organization to optimize and align practices among them.
  • Leader and referent for IT processes - among all teams composing the IT function, with a robust Knowledge Management process in place and an up-to-date Integration Map.
