Job Summary
The Nurse Navigator will serve as a single point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and caregivers to provide resources and assistance to patients.
They will assist in overcoming treatment barriers while expediting access to clinical and supportive care services offered within the Jupiter Medical Center’s Program, and the community.
Community outreach including possible public speaking and promotion of the program and Jupiter Medical Center system is an essential part of this position.
