Job Summary

  • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per the physician treatment plan.
  • Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes, and communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress.
  • Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
