Job Summary

• Lead Agile team operations, including overseeing sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve team velocity and meet sprint goals and serve as the Scrum Master for multiple development teams.
• Establish Metrics and KPIs by Defining clear metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and foster transparency by sharing results with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Economics
• 5 years progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in an agile or process improvement occupation
• 60 months experience with Agile project management methodologies
• 60 months experience implementing software development improvements
• 60 months experience leading release management activities and testing
• 24 months experience managing application launches
