The Charge Nurse provides supervision and leadership to assigned nursing care unit for the shift worked.
This role has direct responsibilities that are both clinical and operational in nature.
The Charge Nurse will ensure the provision of nursing care is in accordance with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice Nursing and as defined by the Florida Board of Nursing.

Key Requirements
