Avcarecenter is seeking a full-time caregiver to provide daily care and support for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being according to established care plans. Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
