Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a supervisor in a metal fabrication environment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
College Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of IFS or MRP/ERP Systems
Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing processes
Experience with kitting operations
2+ years of experience managing multiple shifts
Bachelors of Science Degree in Business/Management or related field
