Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
3+ years of experience leading teams
Willingness to work any shift
Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
Possess an A&P or Repairman Certificate or minimum 18 months of practical, hands-on maintenance experience
3+ years of flight line operations experience & functional test knowledge
3+ years of experience with avionics, troubleshooting, functional test knowledge, release, ticket experience, manufacturing, and/or structures
3+ years of proficiency using CMES (or similar industry software)
5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
Bachelor's degree or higher
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
