  • Use ladders up to 30 ft
  • Lift minimum 80 lbs

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum one year experience in building repair and maintenance
  • Pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening
  • Willingness to join Local Union 399
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
