The Graduate Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of student focused programming that promotes community building, professional development, and cultural engagement within the engineering student body.
Responsibilities include planning sessions, developing agendas, coordinating speakers, preparing topics, creating flyers and advertisements, and managing room reservations and catering needs.
The position requires maintaining professionalism and acting as a role model for students while assisting in the preparation of brief written summaries for annual reporting.
