  • The Accounting Center of Excellence Leader provides strategic and business leadership in establishing procedures, standardizing and digitizing transactional processing, and supporting efforts to implement a Finance shared services delivery model for general ledger and transactional accounting activities throughout BW’s global I&PA segment.
  • Lead and drive the general ledger record to report processes for Barry-Wehmiller’s business units that utilize D365, ensuring consistency and standardization across all regions.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls, finance policies, and global standards in compliance with US GAAP requirements.

  • Strong project and change management skills
