Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
  • Current licensure or Certification in Utah: BCBA or LCSW
  • 1+ year experience in Utilization management
  • BCBA Licensure REQUIRED
