  • Collaborates with Medical Director and Clinical Manager/Charge Nurse to provide quality patient care from admission through discharge and implements continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Provides leadership and supervision to facility staff, manages budgets and financial aspects, and ensures compliance with company policies and state regulations.
