Job Summary

• The Chief Advancement Officer serves as the head fundraiser for the College of Engineering, leading all development, alumni relations, and donor experience activities.
• This role involves creating and leading strategy to identify, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of donors, managing a portfolio of major and principal level prospects, and driving growth in annual fundraising efforts.
• The position requires close partnership with the Dean to align fundraising priorities with the college’s vision and goals, and building effective relationships with college and advancement leadership.
