Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
Direct patient care from admission to discharge
Ability to manage critically ill adult patients
Perform comprehensive physical examinations
Work every other weekend during first year

General medical inpatient or ICU experience
Experience at large academic center or level 1 trauma center

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Valid Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts
New graduates must list clinical rotations including institution and specialty
