  • The Fire Service Technician role involves responding to service calls, diagnosing and repairing fire alarm and life safety systems, interpreting blueprints and technical manuals, and maintaining clear communication with customers and staff.
  • This position requires physical labor, working in challenging environments such as climbing ladders and working in crawl spaces, and occasional on-call and after-hours work to meet customer needs.

  • retain licenses required by National, State, and Local codes
  • technical training NICET II preferred
