Job Summary

• The Gestora de Casos Cp is responsible for the direct management of cases of children at risk of and/or affected by violence, neglect, abuse and/or exploitation, providing individual counseling and psychosocial activities for children and their families.
• This role involves guiding and directing children to public institutions, non-governmental organizations, and social actors in Guatemala to ensure the exercise of fundamental rights and activate official attention routes for rights violations.
• Responsibilities include adhering to child protection principles, developing age-appropriate case management plans, providing emergency first aid, and maintaining detailed, confidential case files in CPIMS.
