Job Summary
Lead and implement the North America Quality Strategy by establishing consistent governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across all sites, managing risk and audits, and ensuring clear communication and reporting of quality performance.
Serve as the senior escalation partner for customer-impacting quality events and critical incidents, guiding processes for complaints, field failures, product integrity, incident response, and customer communications, while supporting teams in risk identification and mitigation with thoughtful, balanced judgment.
Lead and develop direct reports, building a strong succession pipeline, recruiting and retaining high-performing leaders, and driving consistent performance management and organizational capability.
