Key Requirements

  • 5+ years mainframe (z/OS) infrastructure/production support
  • Strong z/OS, JES2/JES3, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, USS/OMVS, SMP/E knowledge
  • Experience with DB2, CICS, IMS, or IBM MQ
  • Production control experience with Control-M, CA-7, ESP/Autosys
  • Storage fundamentals: DFSMS, DFSMShsm, ICF catalog
  • Monitoring and performance analysis proficiency
  • Familiarity with RACF/ACF2/Top Secret
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools
  • Ability to work in a follow-the-sun/on-call support model
