Job Summary

  • The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing in-coming, in-process, and final inspections on all parts and components to ensure compliance with Engineering Standards.
  • This role requires full authority to identify nonconforming conditions, generate reports, and hold or stop work on components pending resolution.
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in railcar repair or manufacturing and be willing to work 10-hour shifts four days per week.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years railcar repair or manufacturing experience
  • NDT Visual Testing Level II Certification per AAR M1002 Appendix T
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 14 feet
  • Vision correctable to 20/30
