Job Summary
Assistant Store Managers are accountable for every aspect of the retail store performance inclusive of achieving key results, creating a fun and inclusive environment for their team, and delivering exceptional customer service by offering their expertise on Lids’ products and services.
Responsibilities include leading, executing, and assisting the Selling 101 strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, as well as resolving customer feedback and addressing issues in the moment.

Salary
Base: $18.90 - $19.30/hour; Bonus/Equity: Monthly store performance bonus may be provided; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, pet insurance, family accidental and critical care benefits, cell phone stipend may be provided
