Job Summary

  • Under the leadership of the Department Manager, take full charge of the company’s LNG vessel maritime supervision, commercial operations and daily operation management, ensuring compliance with LNG industry-specific norms and international conventions.
  • Guide and supervise LNG vessel operations, coordinate with international maritime organizations, and manage the full-process commercial operations including rent/freight collection and fuel management.
  • Formulate and revise LNG vessel operation management systems, conduct professional training, and coordinate collaboration between maritime operation and commercial management teams.

Key Requirements

  • College degree in Maritime Navigation or Shipping
  • Master/Chief Officer Certificate with gas carrier endorsement
  • LNG Gas Carrier Operation Related Qualification Certificate preferred
  • More than 3 years as Master/Chief Officer on ocean-going LNG gas carriers
  • Over 10 years in LNG/Gas carrier operation or commercial management
  • Familiarity with IGF Code, SOLAS, MARPOL Annexes
  • Experience with LNG vessel emergency incidents or insurance claims preferred
