The Integer Group is seeking an EHSS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security initiatives at their Pembroke Pines and Palm Harbor locations. Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security initiatives to meet and exceed company goals while ensuring the health and safety of all associates.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing guidance on regulations, managing incident investigations, and leading cross-functional teams to create a safe work environment.

  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
  • Job hazard analysis and root cause analysis
  • Workers' compensation claims management
  • Emergency Response Team leadership

  • CSP or CIH professional certification
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
  • Laser Safety Officer certification
  • Forklift Trainer certification
  • Calm demeanor in high-energy environments
  • Positive can-do attitude with zero failure tolerance

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering technology, or occupational safety
  • 5-7 years of accumulated EHSS learnings and experience
  • Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, First Aid, CPR, AED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic Safety Management Systems
  • Ability to travel 30-40% to Pembroke Pines and Palm Harbor
