Job Summary

• Assist our VIP team to help build and maintain our Player Loyalty Retention Operations, focusing on expediting payments and withdrawals and outbound calls to VIP players.
• Develop relationships, offer tailored rewards, drive key VIP sales metrics, and communicate promotions to contribute to customer engagement and net revenue.
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and attend and assist with VIP events, potentially requiring up to 50% travel.
