  • The Commercial Lead will be responsible for driving performance and excellence in execution across the Area markets for Specialty Care, overseeing both performance and upcoming launches.
  • Lead and contribute to key regional external engagement initiatives, building regional EE platforms, ensuring high-quality faculty engagement, content alignment, and seamless collaboration with medical and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate continuous exchange of learnings across markets, promoting proven commercial excellence approaches, launch insights, and competitive execution tactics.
