Job Summary

  • This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond.
  • As part of a hardworking team of engineers, designers and specialists you will perform analysis on primary and secondary tank structures using classic hand calculations as well as Finite Element Model (FEM) simulations to support design, manufacturing and operations.

Key Requirements

  • B.S. degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
  • 2+ years of structural analysis experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle load path
  • Familiarity with classical aerospace sizing methods
  • Experience with at least two analysis codes
  • Demonstrated experience using scripting languages
