Job Summary

  • The Portfolio Monitoring team is responsible for executing loan documentation and monitoring the performance of the loan portfolio, providing agency services on syndicated loans and managing all waivers and amendments.
  • PM is involved in the early stages of loan execution, including the structuring stage of a facility, and manages all transaction events once a loan is closed.
  • As a first line of defense for credit quality, PM is also responsible for recommending involvement of the restructuring teams, if the case may be.
