Job Summary
As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible to proactively monitor the services and systems offered to our internal and external business partners.
The NOC Technician plays a key role in ensuring system uptime and efficient operation of systems by resolving technical issues promptly and escalating more complex problems to other IT departments or resources.
FCT provides industry-leading title insurance, default solutions and other real estate products and services to legal, lending, valuation and real estate professionals across Canada.

Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience in IT NOC role
5 years of experience in a technical IT infrastructure role
Post secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft technologies
Knowledge in VMWare EXSi Hypervisor
Knowledge in common IT protocols and technologies
Knowledge with Cisco Switches and Palo Alto firewalls
