Salary

Base: $32.00 - $43.07 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (conditions apply); Benefits: PTO, 403(b), tuition reimbursement

Must-have

  • Perform nursing visits to patients
  • Provide hospice nursing care
  • Communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Observe and report patient health changes
  • Practice patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Key Requirements

  • Active valid Massachusetts LPN license
  • Graduate from NLNAC accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
  • Active American Health Association BLS certification
  • 2+ years Licensed Practical Nurse experience in acute care, rehab or home care
  • 1+ year hospice experience preferred
