Job Summary

  • This role leads the transformation of AstraZeneca's Customer Engagement model in International Markets by leveraging the new CRM platform (AGENTFORCE LIFE SCIENCE) to accelerate growth and pipeline delivery.
  • You will drive the implementation of the Future of CRM global program for International Markets, aiming to improve customer engagement effectiveness and accelerate the use of AI and Agentic solutions.
  • The successful candidate will ensure business needs and priorities for International are met with the right CRM capabilities, limiting heavy local adaptation of the CRM platform.

  • Commercial acumen and understanding of local/market environments and operations

  • Highly developed communication and influencing abilities across organizational teams and levels in a large and matrixed operating environment
  • Proven business partnering skills across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Proven project management skills in matrix organizations
  • Experience of working with Senior Management Teams
