  • The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services to maintain and increase census.
  • Essential duties include planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating public relations and marketing programs, as well as managing information release policies and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • This role requires maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, community leaders, and coordinating with news media to share positive developments.
