The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services to maintain and increase census.
Essential duties include planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating public relations and marketing programs, as well as managing information release policies and customer satisfaction surveys.
This role requires maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, community leaders, and coordinating with news media to share positive developments.
