** Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of U.S. Policy Analytics to lead analyses of state healthcare policies and reimbursement reforms. The role requires an advanced degree and extensive experience in health policy, particularly with state Medicaid and pricing initiatives. **

Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, U.S. Policy Analytics will support BMS’s U.S. policy analytics function with a primary focus on state healthcare policy and reimbursement reforms, translating complex and evolving state policy developments into actionable, decision ready‑ insights.
  • This role will lead hands-on‑ analyses of state policy initiatives—including Medicaid reforms, state affordability and price transparency initiatives, upper payment limits (UPLs), state drug pricing boards, 340Brelated state actions, and other ‑state driven‑ access and reimbursement policies—and assess their implications for the BMS portfolio and enterprise strategy.
